The Ocean View Apartment
Our second floor, ocean view apartment, has one large bedroom with two double beds and a bathroom with a shower. The living room is spacious and opens to a large second floor deck. There is also a dinning area and a full kitchen. There are ocean views from the deck, living room and bedroom. The apartment rental includes daily housekeeping services and our continental breakfast.
Single Room Categories
Standard Rooms:
There are six standard rooms available with queen size beds, air conditioning, TV, and private bath rooms.
Moderate Rooms:
We have six moderate rooms which are generally larger than the standard rooms, some with ocean views and private decks, all with king size beds, air conditioning, TV, and private bath rooms.
Superior Rooms:
We also have eight superior rooms, these rooms are larger than moderate rooms, they have king size or two double beds, many have ocean views, all have air conditioning, refrigerators, TV and private bathrooms.
Family Suites:
Many of our rooms can be combined to form two room suites, If you wish to book a specific room, or would like more information about the various room options that are available, please email or call us and we will make every effort to accommodate you.

Rooms within each category are similar in size, however, there are differences in access, configuration and decorations. Pictures on our web site are intended to be representative of the rooms within each category.
All room rates are for double occupancy with the exception of the apartment which can accommodate four people. Superior rooms can be made up to accommodate three people for an additional charge of $25.00.
Room rates do not include Massachusetts lodging taxes.
A complimentary continental breakfast is included for all room categories.
